I went with size S despite Hanm’s recommendation, and it turned out a bit tight and not very stretchy. If you’re unsure, I’d recommend asking for help with sizing.

It’s my second purchase and I absolutely love it. The colors, the fabric quality, sizes so perfect. Everything overall a great concept and a great product.
Not the material I expected.
Nice underscarf, but expected it to be much better. The quality and finishing of the underscarf is very good and the contour, tie back feature is very effective. However, the first problem I had with this underscarf was the materiall. My hair is very frizzy and gets damaged easily, so I need a very smooth, soft material on it. The material was good but a silk underlining at the top of the cap would have been good (which is what a previous underscarf I bought had). Silk materiall will help restrained hair instead of damaging it. The second and biggest problem was the size of the cap in length. The underscarf fitted me nicely in the head and facial area, however the underscarf is not long/wide/big enough. There is no point of me putting and underscarf on when my neck/skin will still be exposed. My previous underscarf that I bought from lala hijabs was much bigger and better. The only problem I had with that one is that it became loose, so I bought this one which was much expensive thinking that it would last me a lifetime and be much better than that. All and all, the underscarf did not live up to the standards that I had expected for it to be, so I am a little upset and do not think I will be purchasing from hanm again.

I expected the fabric to be softer then it is i don't think it's buttery soft at all. Upon ordering i am annoyed at the fact I was advised to order size L from qhat I described yet it's too big and now I have lost my money. I have ordered another color in size M and that is perfect on me. I think it's unfair to get stuck with a product which doesnt suit the size is just tried on not worn and tags attached u can't take it back. Other people do take it back as long as tags are still attached. Paying £25 and the hat not fitting correct is really upsetting and then receiving advise "oh why don't buy a size L and an M you will see what suits you best" but won't take back the size that doesn't fit. How does this make any sense at all to say to a customer. The size guide is not great and neither is the help and support from the team who are suppose to help me choose the correct size so I DONT lost my money. This needs looking into as now I have a hijab hat that I cannot wear as ots loose on me.
Exactly what I expected.the material is comfortable and breathable.
Its a very good product. The only thing I would change is the length.its long in the front which is amazing. But doesn't go longer on the sides or the back. But overall happy with my purchase ❤️
The fact that the materia used for many of the item options include modal and cotton is a bonus. I suffer from eczema and have recently had many flare ups., particularly around my neck. Since buying my hijabs from this company I have been able to wear a hijab which coincidentally covers my neck, all day without any problem. A real blessing indeed. I would recommend this company to others. The only downside it that the prices are slightly higher than I would have liked.

Very classy undercap. Can adjust with the string for a snug fit. However, I suffer headaches and unable to wear any undercaps for too long.
