1. Dispatch Policy
- Standard Dispatch Times: We strive to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from the order date. During peak periods, dispatch times may extend to 1-3 working days due to increased volume.
- Order Cut-off Times: Orders aiming for next working day delivery must be placed by 2 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
2. Domestic Delivery (United Kingdom)
- Royal Mail Tracked48: Delivery within 2 working days post-dispatch. Cost: £5.95.
- Royal Mail Tracked24: Delivery within 1 working day post-dispatch. Cost: £7.95.
- Next Day Delivery: Available Monday-Thursday when ordered by 2 pm. Cost: £10.95. Note: Orders post-2 pm Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
- Free UK Delivery: Available for orders over £70.
3. International Delivery
- Standard International Delivery: Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days. Free for orders over £150. Specific country rates apply as follows:
- USA: Starting from £10.00
- Canada: Starting from £10.00
- Australia: Starting from £12.00
- Rest of the world: Starting from £14.00
- Flat Rate Shipping:
- France: £8.00
- Ireland: £10.00
- Germany and Poland: £12.00
4. Delivery Destinations
We ship to a wide range of international destinations including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Malaysia, Austria, Czech Republic, Iceland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Brunei, Philippines, Trinidad and Tobago, and several European countries.
5. Packaging and Shipping Charges
- Cost Coverage: Our postage and packaging charges cover both packaging and delivery costs and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Alternative Couriers and Service Adjustments
- Courier Substitutions: In the event our primary couriers are unavailable, we may use an alternative courier such as UPS to ensure timely delivery.
- Small Orders: Orders consisting of 1-2 items may be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class for expedited service.
