If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, you are welcome to return any eligible item(s) within 14 working days of your order being received. All details can be found on our Returns Policy.

No. We do not accept any items after 14 working days. It is customer responsibility to ensure items are returned within the stated time frame.
We're sorry to hear this. Sometimes, this can happen during production but don't worry, we are here to help. Kindly contact us with your order number, a description of the defect along with clear images of the item. We will then take a look and advise further.
Once we have received your returned item(s), it can take up to 7 working days for your returns to be processed.
For credit/debit card refunds, you can expect to see the funds back in your account within 3-5 business days, on average. You will need to contact your card issuer for an accurate time frame.
We can not amend orders once placed, as this can cause complications with our warehouse dispatch team.
We can only add items to your order via an invoice, but we can not deduct or refund.
Any items ordered in error will need to be returned for a refund.
