1. Dispatch Policy

Order Cut-off Times: Orders placed by 1 pm are dispatched the same day, 7 days a week. Orders placed after 1 pm are shipped the next day.

• Royal Mail Tracked24: Delivery within 1 working day post-dispatch. Cost: £7.95
• ParcelForce24 (Next Day): Available Monday-Friday when placed by 1 pm. Cost: £12.00
• Free UK Shipping: Available for orders over £70
• Complimentary ParcelForce24 UK Shipping: UK orders over £200

• International Delivery: Free shipping for orders over £200

4. Delivery Destinations

We ship to a wide range of international destinations including: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, Poland, France, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy.

5. Packaging and Shipping Charges

• Cost Coverage: Our postage and packaging charges cover both packaging and delivery costs and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be given where a parcel is shown by the courier as delivered.

6. Alternative Couriers  

• Courier Substitutions: In the event our primary couriers are unavailable, we may use an alternative courier to ensure timely delivery.
