It is customer responsibility to ensure all details provided at checkout are correct.
If you notice the shipping address is incomplete/incorrect, reach out to us at email@example.com so we can correct this with our warehouse before your parcel is dispatched.
If you parcel has already been dispatched, normally couriers will return the parcel to us. This can take between 2-4 weeks.
We will then have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us before either issuing a refund or a redelivery. Postage charges will apply.
